A warm welcome! I’m Tobias Rüfenacht and I work as a certified Coach. Since 2012 I have been supporting the growth of many clients. Be it for the successful handling of challenging situations in everyday work, for career planning or in personal topics.
Due to my own career as a leader in marketing, branding and communications in international companies, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the bussiness structures and processes in which my clients work. Still today, I am working as a Senior Consultant in a global Consultancy Firm for Workforce Transformation.

Online Coaching
Time-saving, flexible and effective: Coaching via Zoom from anywhere without spending time or money on travelling.
After you have contacted me, we do a 15-minute phone conversation to briefly discuss the topic and to check the chemistry; for free. We then fix a Zoom meeting. You transfer the hourly rate and off you go with the online coaching.
